Activities Team

Job description

As part of the activities team, you will be responsible for organizing an average of 3 events per month. You will be able to fully exploit your creativity, as you will help us decide what sports and ideas should we focus on this year. You will be responsible for all the logistics of an event, from external relations to negotiation and sales (of course, with the help of your team members and the board). Activities team also requires being customer oriented as we frequently ask our members for their opinion and feedback on what activities to organize. Therefore,  you will be closely working with the marketing department. Working in a small business environment will teach you the valuable skills of independence, organization and problem-solving, which will help you in your future career, while also having fun doing something you love - extreme sports. We believe that together we can make this year an unforgettable experience, so don’t hesitate to apply!

Marketing Team

Job Description

As a member of the marketing team you will be working in a group of 3, in which you will be responsible for all aspects related to marketing, such as, social media, promotion, and branding. You will have the opportunity to combine the exhilaration of extreme sports with the many facets of marketing, including social media strategies, WordPress, and MailChimp. As a member of the marketing team, you will be required to come up with creative solutions to diverse problems. The primary goal of the marketing  committee is to reach a greater proportion of the Erasmus community and bring them along for and incredible and exciting year of extreme sports. Working in a small and high paced business environment will teach you the valuable skills of independence and creativity that will assist you in your future career, all the while having fun doing something you love- extreme sports!

External Relations Team

Job Description

As part of the external relations committee, you will be working in a team of 3, responsible for all activities regarding long-term relations with external stakeholders from Erasmus Extreme. This includes maintaining partnerships and attracting new ones. You will communicate with companies like Redbull, O’Neill, etc. Overall, you will learn how to properly communicate with business partners, and how an organization functions internally. As a member of the external relations team, you must show a profound knowledge of the English or Dutch business language, and most importantly know how to appeal to potential/existing partners. Motivation, perseverance, and structure in your work are essential in this position. This is an opportunity to do important and serious work in an enjoyable environment. Working in a small business environment will teach you the valuable skills of independence and creativity that will help you in your future career, all the while having fun doing something you love- extreme sports.
